Delivery charges include a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts to the same location.
If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the EBT Floral Shop and will be available for pick-up by the sender or recipient.
- Any further delivery attempts will incur another full price delivery fee (based on the (re)delivery location).
- If an order is redirected to another delivery district, the customer is responsible for the difference in delivery charges. Customers will be notified of all failed second delivery attempts.
